THE SPRING LINEUP IS HERE
SEASONAL | Mar 2026
Spring in Northern Ireland is short. A few brighter evenings, the first lunch eaten outside, and suddenly everyone wants fresher food again.
The spring menu dropped this week across all Seed locations. Here’s what’s new, what’s back, and what’s been quietly improved since last season.
New bowls
The Greek — Sharp feta dressing, balsamic glaze, basil tomatoes, kalamata olives, lemon herb beans, and Za’atar crunch. Salty, fresh, bright. Feels like the first genuinely warm day of the year.
The Tikki Chaat — Spiced tofu tikkis, green chutney, tamarind, masala chickpeas, and puffed rice crunch. Inspired by Indian street food. Built for lunch.
The Tandoori Chicken — Charred tandoori chicken thighs with the same sweet heat, sharp pickles, and layered crunch. Probably the boldest bowl we’ve put on the menu in a while.
All three are available as bowls or burritos.
New blended drinks
Nutty Gains — Banana, peanut butter, dates, plant protein, creatine, cinnamon, sea salt. Thick enough to count as breakfast.
The Reset — Cucumber, kale, ginger, lime, and apple with plenty of raw / natural electrolytes. Designed for the morning after, the post-gym rush, or both.
What's quietly better
Pickled red onions with a little more sharpness.
Better crunch throughout the line.
Dressings balanced brighter for spring.
Small changes. Significant difference. You’ll notice it.
