BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER

Full-time hours

Summary
Seed is looking for its first dedicated Brand & Content Manager to bring our marketing fully in-house and shape the next chapter of the brand.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll step into a high-energy environment where personality matters as much as skills.

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines planning content for other people to execute. You’ll be in it - filming, creating, testing, posting, learning and helping define how Seed shows up in the world.

You’ll own our social presence, create the majority of our content, and work directly with the founders to build a brand that feels alive, fast-moving, and deeply connected to our community.

You’ll be stepping into a fast-moving environment where no two days feel the same, whether that’s launching seasonal menus, running activations, or working with the rest of our team.

This is a new role within the company. An opportunity to shape how Seed looks, feels, and moves. If you think you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.

Content & Social

You’ll be the voice of Seed online.

  • Own Seed’s Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn presence

  • Create the majority of content in-house and engage with creative third parties

  • Capture real-time content during service, launches and events

  • Plan and manage content calendars while staying flexible in a fast-moving environment

  • Shoot, edit and publish content across platforms

  • Stay ahead of trends, formats and platform shifts

  • Manage community engagement across comments and DMs

  • Shape the tone, personality and energy of the brand online

Campaigns & Activations

Bring ideas from concept to execution.

  • Lead seasonal menu launches and campaign moments

  • Develop creative ideas, collaborations and partnerships

  • Run in-store events, sampling and community activations

  • Work closely with founders to turn ideas into real-world experiences

  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints

  • Help evolve how Seed shows up on social media and in real life

Digital & Website

  • Keep Seed looking sharp across all digital touchpoints.

  • Update and maintain the Seed website

  • Work with designers on menus, screens and digital assets

  • Support email marketing and customer communications

Growth & Insights

  • Understand what’s working and what’s next.

  • Gather audience feedback and insights

  • Track content performance across platforms

  • Use learnings to improve future content and campaigns

Creative Ownership

This is a hands-on build role

  • Develop ideas with the founders

  • Turn concepts into real content and campaigns

  • Own content creation day to day

  • Help shape how Seed shows up as a brand

Who You Are

We care far less about job titles than mindset.

You might be a graduate, a creator, or someone already working in marketing but what matters is how you think and what you want to build.

You’re likely someone who:

  • Moves fast, takes initiative and doesn’t wait for permission

  • Is obsessed with food, hospitality, and culture

  • Sees content everywhere. Not just on a brief

  • Loves building things from scratch

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments

  • Brings ideas, not just responses

  • Naturally connects with people and builds energy around them

Skills & Experience

We’re open-minded on background, but there are a few things you’ll need to be confident with:

  • Strong content creation skills across photo and video (phone or camera)

  • Confidence shooting, editing and posting content yourself

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms

  • Strong visual storytelling and creative instinct

  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple moving parts

  • Strong writing skills with a natural, on-brand tone of voice

Bonus if you’ve done any of this:

  • Worked in hospitality, food or lifestyle brands

  • Built or grown a social media page or community

  • Run events, activations or collaborations

  • Experience with email marketing and website content

  • Comfortable being on camera and speaking naturally in content (bonus)
