Job description

As a team member in our kitchen you need to work well under pressure. Most of the time you will work as part of a team but there will be time that you will work alone. We're on the look-out for a keen and hard working individual for this role.

Kitchen Member Job roles

• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination

• Operate ovens, ensure proper time/temp of all hot & cold foods

• Keeping on top of dirty dishes, i.e. periodically running the dishwasher between other tasks

• Maintain clean food-safe preparation and demonstrate proper food handling area throughout shift

• Communicate between other Team Members to ensure areas are always stocked

• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu + ingredients

• Managing fresh food stock intake and rotation of dates in refrigerator

• Maintain the 5* Food Safety Rating

• Understanding of allergens and taking measures to prevent cross-contamination.
