Kitchen Team Member
As a team member in our kitchen you need to work well under pressure. Most of the time you will work as part of a team but there will be time that you will work alone. We're on the look-out for a keen and hard working individual for this role.
Applicant must available to work:
Thursday 11am - 5:30pm
Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Sunday 8:15am - 3pm
Kitchen Member Job roles
Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination
Operate ovens, ensure proper time/temp of all hot & cold foods
Keeping on top of dirty dishes, i.e. periodically running the dishwasher between other tasks
Maintain clean food-safe preparation and demonstrate proper food handling area throughout shift
Communicate between other Team Members to ensure areas are always stocked
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu + ingredients
Managing fresh food stock intake and rotation of dates in refrigerator
Maintain the 5* Food Safety Rating
Understanding of allergens and taking measures to prevent cross-contamination.
