As a Team Leader, you will be the core part of the team, leading by example. Looking for team players with a no job too small mentality. As team Leader you will oversee a small team and are expected to wear many hats during a shift; managing a team, record keeping, greeting customers, making food orders, making coffees, handling checkout and cleaning duties etc.

Monday 7:15am - 3pm
Tuesday 8:15am - 3:30pm
Wednesday 12:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 7:15am - 3pm

Team Leader Job roles
Oversee a team of approx.10 people, delegating roles and task where required, responsible for orders, record keeping and maintaining on site paperwork.
Oversee daily and weekly orders of inventory.
Responsible for maintaining the 5* Food & Safety rating.
Maintain cleanliness of the front line, bathrooms, clean tables and chairs. Restock food, utensils, drinks, and bathrooms.
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients and allergens to customers.
Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, preventing cross-contamination on the front line.
Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
Set up, maintain and break down salad counter ingredients.
Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
Making coffees (Barista training provided).
