Job description

As a Seed Team member, you will be the core part of the customer experience. A genuine smile and an ability to connect with others is a great start. Looking for team players with a no job too small mentality. Team members are expected to wear many hats during a shift; greeting customers, making food orders, making coffees, handling checkout and cleaning duties etc.
 

Hours

Mon: 11:30 am - 7:30 pm

Tue: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm

Wed: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm

Thur: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm

Fri: 5:30 pm 9:30 pm

Team Member Job roles

• Maintain cleanliness of the front line, bathrooms, clean tables and chairs. Restock food, utensils, drinks, and bathrooms.

• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients and allergens to customers.

• Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, preventing cross-contamination on the front line.

• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.

• Set up, maintain and break down salad counter ingredients.

• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.

• Making coffees (Barista training provided).
